Saba lives in a world where fate and destiny and the writing in the stars, is believed in. At least by some.
The question this week is: do you believe in fate?
Saba's Pa is a great believer in all things other-worldly. His chants and prayers to the stars show his pure belief in the not the 'great unknown' but the known. The idea of fate; what is meant to happen will happen, and our futures are pre-destined.
This allows for prophecies and trailers for what is to come in the story, as well as intriguing plot lines. But surely this is all fictional...right?
For some, the idea of fate is very real. Me? I can't quite make my mind up. I'd like to think that we're all in charge of our futures, but at the same time, there's something comforting about the idea that it's all set and ready to go. Every choice will lead us to the same place.
